David has 30 years of experience in the consumer insights industry, doing everything from working as a telephone interviewer to leading the consumer and public affairs insights practice in Canada for Nielsen. David has developed the market research function from the ground up for both public and private sector organization. While with Mead Johnson Nutrition he established the market research practice in Canada and expanded his responsibilities into business analytics and strategic planning. While with MJN, the company achieved sustained record sales largely attributed to the company’s understanding of the consumer. David holds a Certified Marketing Research Professional designation and has expanded his insights training through Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management program.
